This classic dry Riesling is made from the estate’s various vineyard sites with slate soils. Organically farmed and hand-harvested. Fermented dry with natural yeasts, the wine is aged on the lees for several months in stainless steel. No filtering. Aromatic fruity scents and elegant, rich flavours with sharp acidity and mineral notes.
