LEGEND

ORGANIC

Organic wine is a product that derives from a cultivation method with very specific rules, which excludes the use of pesticides or synthetic chemical fertilizers.

For the fertilization of the land, organic fertilizers are used and for the defense of crops from parasites, it is acted in advance by reinforcing the plants (for example with balanced fertilizations), directly with pesticide treatments of natural origin (eg copper, sulfur, extracts of plants, etc.) or by using biological control (use of living organisms antagonists of parasites).

 BIODYNAMIC
In biodynamic agriculture, so-called biodynamic preparations are used in the care of the land, composed of natural and biological materials, to promote the correct growth of plants, preserving their characteristics.

The philosophy behind biodynamics is the belief that, by observing the astrological influences on plants and on the soil, it is possible to recreate the right dialectic between them and ensure that the biological processes of germination, growth and maturation are in close connection with the nature.

Biodynamic philosophy also finds space in vineyard care practices: instead of fighting diseases, we try to trigger the right reactions that can recreate the state of health and balance, overturning the logic of modern industrial agriculture that largely uses pesticides, pesticides, antibiotics.
NATURAL

It collects under its mantle all those wines produced with biological techniques and which, moreover, do not have any added substance in the must, therefore free from sulphites, acidity correctors, etc.

What is missing today is a guarantor body in this regard.
