How do you choose the wine that you sell at Vini Emilia?

Before we start selling it, each bottle is carefully selected and tasted by our sommeliers.

After tasting each label, we write a detailed description of the characteristics of the wine, available in the product sheet on our website.

I am a producer/distributor, and I would like to propose my wines: what should I do?

And does it have any cost to collaborating with you?

All the collaborations are 100% free with no extra costs for the producer/distributor.

My order hadn't arrived when you said it would?

We use a variety of couriers and the delivery time may vary. We always try to do our best to deliver on time. If all the products you purchased are "ready to go", the parcel will be shipped in the next 24 working hours, unless you place the order on a Saturday, in that case, we need 48 hours. Please check your tracking number to know where the delivery is; otherwise send us an email at support@viniemilia.com.au, and we will review the situation.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

My order confirmation email never arrived?

The email might be in your junk folder, check there, and if you can't find it anywhere, please send us an email: support@viniemilia.com.au.

Can you put together a mixed order for me to suit my budget and taste? 

Absolutely yes! Email us at info@viniemilia.com.au with your budget, style and requirements, and we can tailor an order to satisfy everyone's palate.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes and no. It depends on how soon you contact us. We may be able to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee it.

I am sending this as a gift, can I add a note?

Yes, you can. Add your product to the cart, open the cart and you will find "Add a note to your order".

What if I need to change my shipping information?

Send us an email as soon as possible, and if it's possible, we will change it. We can only if the order is still in our possession and has not been handed over to the courier.

My order arrived broken. What do I do?

If something breaks while in transit, we get contacted by the courier, and we replace your order with a new one (providing stock availability). You will receive an email with the new tracking code once the replacement parcel has been dispatched. If your package arrives to you broken, please get in touch with us as soon as possible for us to arrange appropriate replacements at support@viniemilia.com.au.

I think my wine is corked. What should I do?

Even if it's very rare for this to happen, it might happen that your wine is corked. If that is the case, please ensure there is at least ¾ of the product left; email us at support@viniemilia.com.au with as much detail as possible, and we will get back to you.

The refund or substitution will not happen if the bottle is missing.

My order didn't arrive correct. What do I do?

Please contact us at support@viniemilia.com.au with your details and order number, and we will correct it immediately.

Can I have my wine delivered express?

Yes, express delivery is available from Tuesday to Friday and if the products are in the house.

Can I pick up my order from the wine shop?

Yes, you can pick up all the wines from the wine shop.

Please make sure you check our contact page to know our trading hours.

Can I order something that isn't on the website?

Yes, you can. Some wines that are not on the website might be available at the restaurant.

Authorisation / Do I need to sign for my parcel?

Due to our products' nature, the delivery driver might require a signature on delivery, and in some cases, photo & age identification (18+) may be required.

Do you offer bulk deliveries for events and large gatherings?

100% YES! Please send us an email at info@viniemilia.com.au.

Do you deliver to hotels?

No, we don't deliver to hotels.

Pricing

All pricing is in AUD and is exclusive of delivery charges.

Do you sell e-Gift Cards?

Yes, we do sell Gift Cards. You can buy yours here.
