2017 Chateau Hauts de Plaisance Haut-Medoc Bordeaux blend

Château Hauts de Plaisance 2017 is composed of 40 % of old grapevines from 25 to 30 years and of 60 % of young grapevines from 10 to 15 years, coming only from gravely rises located between the village of Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne and the estuary ; on both sides of the road which leads to Saint-Estèphe.

Wine making in stainless and concrete tanks, thermo controlled.  The pieces of vine are vinified separately except in the case of important similarities as regards type of vines, well on, but also of grounds, exposure, understocks.

One year breeding in barrels of 2 wines in French oak.
