Great drinkability, with red fruits on the nose and palate, supported by a silky texture. Less alcoholic compare to the average Pinot Noir.

Pinot Noir grapes grow in the Obere and Mittlere Steigleiten vineyards. The wine is vinified in purity in steel, which gives life to a fresh way of understanding red wine. It almost looks like a white man. This is a red wine, fermented on the skins for a few days and aged in large wood.

Tenuta Dornach is beyond the winery, it is a real way of experiencing the earth and nature. After decades of producing and selling grapes, since 2008 the family of Karoline and Patrick Uccelli has resumed direct wine production. She is a biologist, he a winemaker and an enologist, and together they immediately embraced the biodynamic approach, where the soil, flora and fauna live in symbiosis. It is a unique experience to walk among the vineyards, among the colors of the flowers and the company of animals. The first vintage, under study, sees the production of a part of the Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapes, harvested manually in the early morning, to ensure optimal temperatures in the early stages of vinification. The line of Tenuta Dornach wines is made up of a white and a red for every day, in a thirst quencher consisting of a liter of local blends, and more refined labels of Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero vinified in steel or wood. The flagship product is a Gewurztraminer macerated on the skins of a historic vineyard.
